CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY 🔹Flair Beauty encourages cancellations be submitted BEFORE the 24 hour window of the clients appointment time to avoid forfeiting your deposit. 🔹Flair Beauty charges a 100% cancellation fee for any no call/shows. This policy is a bonded agreement to the card on file being charged 100% for the no show fee. 🔹Cancellations after the 24 hr window or Same Day are required to pay 50% of the remaining balance. You are able to reschedule within 24 hours before your deposit is forfeited. The deposit can be utilized for any date available in the same month. This payment does NOT go towards your appointment. 🔹If the payment card on file declines, the client will be contacted to utilize another form of payment. If payment is not processed, client is responsible for paying in FULL before rebooking. 🔹In the event that the stylist has to cancel, the client will be offered a refunded deposit or immediate reschedule, a squeeze-in varies based on your specific appointment. 🔹If you have any question regarding the cancellation policy, please feel free to reach out to me (346)454-6270
