CANCELLATION POLICY

Flair Beauty’s cancellation policy is as follows: - To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please submit cancellations before the 24-hour window of your client appointment time. - Flair Beauty charges a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations without prior notice. This policy is a bonded agreement, meaning the card on file will be charged 100% for the no-show fee. -For the safety of our clients and staff, appointments may be canceled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions, including hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, icy roads, or other hazardous travel conditions. Clients affected by weather-related closures or cancellations will not be charged a cancellation fee and will be given priority when rescheduling their appointment. - If you cancel after the 24-hour window or on the same day, you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining balance. You can reschedule within 24 hours before your deposit is forfeited. The deposit can be used for any available date in the same month, but it does not go towards your appointment. - If the payment card on file declines, the client will be contacted to provide an alternative form of payment. If payment is not processed, the client is responsible for paying the full amount before rebooking. - If the stylist has to cancel, the client will be offered a refunded deposit or an immediate reschedule.
